  • Lead data and analytics projects, including design, implementation, and optimization of solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Qlik, or Power BI
  • Oversee engagement planning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with budget and client objectives
  • Analyze client data, conduct interviews, and develop actionable insights, reports, and recommendations to drive business outcomes
  • Manage billing, scope changes, and engagement governance, ensuring accuracy in time tracking, invoicing, and service delivery alignment
  • Support client onboarding, adoption, and training to ensure effective use of analytics solutions and services
  • Monitor service performance metrics and KPIs, providing ongoing updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing
  • Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to proposals, renewals, and business development efforts

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 5+ years of experience in professional services or consulting, ideally within data and analytics environments
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience leading data and analytics initiatives using modern platforms such as Power BI, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or Qlik
    • Proven experience managing client relationships, including account management, delivery oversight, and service expansion
    • Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques
    • Ability to translate business needs into technical analytics solutions and actionable insights
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
    • Experience in billing oversight, project management, and engagement governance
    • Strong mentoring, leadership, and collaboration capabilities within cross-functional teams
    • Business development mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities

    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary range of $88,000 to $118,000, based on experience and qualifications
      • Eligibility for annual discretionary bonuses based on individual and firm performance
      • Remote work flexibility across the United States
      • Comprehensive health coverage including multiple medical plan options (HMO and PPO), dental, and vision
      • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching and profit-sharing contributions
      • Paid time off, family leave, parental leave, and flexible scheduling options
      • Health savings account (HSA) with potential employer contribution
      • Life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance
