FP and A : Financial Forecasting /Reporting Position

• Strong Data Architect /Data Analyst in Financial Forecasting experience

Technical Proficiencies
Critical Skill :

• Snowflake: Strong knowledge of Snowflake’s data warehousing solutions, including ability to write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Power BI: Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing dynamic Power BI dashboards, with specific experience in integrating Snowflake views, Odatav4 feeds, MSFT Sharepoint. Ability to use DAX for complex calculations and data manipulation where necessary.
• Data management skills: Ability to perform data sanitization and cleansing to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) proficiency in SOQL for querying and extracting data from Salesforce is a plus. Ability to design custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce is a plus.
• Anaplan – used Anaplan and Integration in set-up pipeline
• Worked on Snowflake , Power BI and Anaplan integration .
• Must have experience in Financial Reporting
• Understanding of Topline parameters such as TCV ,ACV , ARR , Revenue etc.
• Should be expert forecasting models based on Training data
• Cleaning and Transformation of Data
• Build forecast Models and how it works , how to fine tune models for accuracy.
• Understanding of various Models ( ML algorithms )
• Scripting and API integration: Experience with Python scripting for data automation tasks, including API integration for data ingestion and extraction from multiple sources. API Scripting for Snowflake , Power BI and Anaplan integration
• Must be able to understand the customer challenges and requirements
• Good Analytical Skills .
• Very Good Communication Skills
• High on Quality as this is Financial Data Forecasting , require very high accuracy for work.
• Experience in Financial Domain
• ASC 600 Compliance for Finance project

Nice to have:

• Azure or AWS S3: Experience accessing, navigating, managing data within AWS S3. Including uploading, downloading, and organizing files, buckets
• Excel: knowledge of Pivot tables, VBA, advanced formulas, able to automate, format, and prepare data according to specific schema requirements.

  • Forecasting Reports: Create Static and Dynamic Reports and Ad-hoc reports
