This position is responsible for designing, architecting, implementing, and testing data integration solutions.

- Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to fully support the translation of requirements into technical deliverables utilizing a repeatable systems development life cycle (SDLC) that ensures both quality and efficiency.
- Perform data analysis to evaluate and confirm business requirements.
- Focus on the delivery of inbound and outbound data integrations with clients, vendors, and internal system to system integrations.
- Work closely with business owners and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully defined and meet business needs.
- Assist in developing/validating source target mappings and transformation logic required to support information requirements.
- Create re-usable transformations and robust mappings.
- Optimize mappings for performance and implement complex business rules.
- Coordinate with business analysts, operations, internal stakeholders and when appropriate external clients to ensure on-time quality delivery of integrations.
- Document best practices and guidelines for support teams.
- Develop test cases and test plans to complete the unit testing.
- Identify or gather data quality issues and implement remediation processes for both Data Quality Edits and Data Quality Analytics issues and risks.
- Prioritize and work multiple tasks across multiple projects.
- May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Occasional business travel may be required.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Five (5) plus years of experience.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- 7+ years of Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL)/Data Engineering related experience.
- 5+ years of experience in full life-cycle development of ETL workflows, data and systems integrations.
