Data Entry Analyst

What does a day in the life as a Data Entry Analyst look like?

• Inserts client and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within the time constraint 
• Compiles, verifies accuracy and sorts information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry 
• Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output Researches and obtains further information for incomplete documents 
• Applies data program techniques and procedures
• Generates reports, stores completed work in designated locations and performs backup operations 
• Scans documents and print files, when needed Maintains information confidentiality 
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files 
• Complies with data integrity and security policies

What are the required qualifications for a Data Entry Analyst?

• At least 6 months of experience as a Data entry
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation 
• Attention to detail Confidentiality 
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Good to excellent English Communication skills both Written and Verbal

Good to have/s

• Experience in G-Suite
• Experience managing start-up accounts
• Social Media Exposure: TikTok/Instagram

• Minimum Processor: Intel i5 or equivalent Ryzen 5 * Minimum of 8GB Ram
• Minimum of 250GB HDD
• Windows 10 Pro / Windows 11 Pro Operating System: Must be Genuine License
• Windows OS build model 21h2 and up. (IT will perform an upgrade to your device)
• Sound card and video card (built-in is okay) *
• Minimum 19" of Monitor, preferably 22'
• Headset (USB type)
• Internet Speed at least 25MBPS or higher
