The Data Entry attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
What does a day in the life as a Data Entry Analyst look like?
- Inserts client and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within the time constraint
- Compiles, verifies accuracy and sorts information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output Researches and obtains further information for incomplete documents
- Applies data program techniques and procedures
- Generates reports, stores completed work in designated locations and performs backup operations
- Scans documents and print files, when needed Maintains information confidentiality
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Complies with data integrity and security policies
What are the required qualifications for a Data Entry Analyst?
- At least 6 months of experience as a Data entry
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Attention to detail Confidentiality
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Good to excellent English Communication skills both Written and Verbal
Good to have/s
- Experience in G-Suite
- Experience managing start-up accounts
- Social Media Exposure: TikTok/Instagram
Required personal computer/laptop/equipment specifications and internet speed
- Minimum Processor: Intel i5 or equivalent Ryzen 5 * Minimum of 8GB Ram
- Minimum of 250GB HDD
- Windows 10 Pro / Windows 11 Pro Operating System: Must be Genuine License
- Windows OS build model 21h2 and up. (IT will perform an upgrade to your device)
- Sound card and video card (built-in is okay) *
- Minimum 19" of Monitor, preferably 22'
- Headset (USB type)
- Internet Speed at least 25MBPS or higher
- ***Mac Os, Macbooks are not qualified
