Data Import Specialist, Payroll

The Data Import Specialist is responsible for working directly with clients, during the implementation process; and supporting both internal and external stakeholders, to migrate client historical data, from various legacy software platforms. This position requires that you are highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, as well as proficient in analyzing and manipulating large datasets. 

How you'll add value:

• Efficiently manage assigned projects, including the management of highly sensitive client and employee data. 
• Analyze, translate, import, and verify for accuracy the historical client payroll data. 
• Contribute to ongoing process documentation. 
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clients successfully complete Payroll implementation. 
• Drive efficiency by assessing and capitalizing on opportunities to make process improvements
• Other duties assigned on an ad hoc basis. 

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• Strong organization and time-management skills, accompanied by the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision on multiple projects. 
• Highly proficient with Excel, including working with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) 
• Proficient with the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite 
• Experience gathering, organizing, interpreting, and formatting complex data, as presented by various payroll software 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• General work experience in the restaurant industry 
• General knowledge of payroll processing helpful 
• Basic working knowledge in SQL and/or Python

• This position has a salary range of $31.25/hour. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
