    • Proven experience managing and scaling teams of 20+ data professionals in a client delivery environment.
    • Strong track record of delivering complex data solutions on AWS, including data lakes, lakehouse architectures, streaming, and analytics workloads.
    • Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements with responsibility for both delivery performance and financial outcomes.
    • Solid hands-on background in data architecture or engineering with the ability to engage credibly in technical discussions.
    • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to coach, develop talent, and build high-performing teams across geographies.

    • Exposure to MLOps and data science workflows is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
    • Relevant AWS certifications are an advantage.
