Job Description

Responsible for data management, workflows, analytics, and machine learning to enhance existing and create new data driven products across multiple business areas, partnering with product and implementation owners to build and test advanced analytics solutions, turn data into actionable insights, and revolutionize the world of recruiting.

• Python and SQL are the languages use on a daily basis on the Data Science team as well as the Engineering teams; use of frameworks Apache Airflow, FastAPI, Requests, and Pandas; the database work will be in PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
•  Experience with other frameworks like Flask and Django
• AWS cloud experience is preferred; others like Azure and GCP are perfectly fine, but we need to know which specific services (e.g. S3, EC2, Sagemaker, Bedrock)

Job Role:- Software Engineer/Python Developer and Adavanced Gen AI 

Work Experience :- 3 to 5 years of relevant Experience
Specific requirements: Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Foundational LLMs through a combination of Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Fine-Tuning approaches, Django, Flask Framework, Use of Python and SQL Language. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Foundational LLMs through a combination of Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Fine-Tuning approaches
• Perform data engineering tasks to source data from internal operational source systems, client Applicant Tracking Systems, and 3rd-party vendors through APIs, direct connections to databases, and data exports.
• Operationalize data management tasks into fully automated data pipelines.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis on new datasets using descriptive and inferential statistics to form Hypotheses and the most appropriate AI/ML algorithms to apply given a business problem or requirements.
• Apply Dimensional Data Modeling techniques to enhance and consume data in Cielo’s enterprise data warehouse.
• Apply statistics, machine learning, and advanced analytic approaches to predict and optimize business outcomes.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of AI/ML models on an ongoing basis.
• Identify new data that could enhance the quality and accuracy of AI/ML models to improve predictions.
• Work with business partners to translate their processes, rules, and requirements into actionable objectives.
• Communicate results effectively with storytelling and visualization to internal members of our business, our clients, and candidates.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Data Science preferred
• B.Tech

Experience:

• Python experience to consume and create API endpoints in frameworks like FastAPI and Flask
• 5+ years in agile software engineering with at least 2 years in data engineering (Python, SQL, containers, and consumption of REST and SOAP APIs)
• 2+ years delivering reporting and analytics solutions
• Strong proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle)
• Intermediate to advance knowledge in Python and SQL
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake or RedShift)
• Experience consuming structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources (CSV, JSON, XML, text documents) through flat files, APIs, and streaming
• Experience using BI Reporting Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and Data Visualization Frameworks (Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn, Streamlit)
• Experience working in a cloud-based analytics technology stack (AWS preferred)

Exposure:

• Using Foundational LLMs through a combination of Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Fine-Tuning approaches
• Experience delivering business insights using statistical models and visualizations to technical and business resources
• Understanding of classic Data Warehouse design, Dimensional Data Modeling (Kimball or Inmon), and ETL/ELT
• Understanding of current trends in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
