---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- PROJECT NAME: AL - Capability Development POSITION TITLE: Instructor Senior Analyst WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: Primary responsibility will be supporting Knowledge Transfer (KT), conducting assessments, creation, or review of documentation, and RTR/FPNA training. Work in collaboration with Delivery and Mobilization Teams for customized interventions and knowledge management. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct/ manage / track & report training for KT resources in the areas of RTR/FPNA, customer orientation, systems or tools used, etc. • Lead and participate in process knowledge transfer from identified SMEs • Organize daily calibration sessions with KT resource for identifying & closing knowledge gaps • Maintain the knowledge log, updates log and institutionalize floor huddles • Monitor and review the SOP during KT for completeness of process knowledge, language, logical flow, format, and structure • Proactively call out risks arising due to documentation and work on mitigation plan • Conduct periodic assessments and call out non-proficient resources and implement action plans • Conduct RCA on QA/Errors with mitigation plan • Organize training venues, logistics, transport as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery. • Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary training content and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training. • Ensure all training and knowledge management activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies. • Monitor, measure, and report on employees’ training within agreed formats and timescales. • Develop self and always maintain knowledge in relevant field.
