Escalate to supervisor as appropriate • Follow established policies, procedures and methods • Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned • Meet established goals and objectives • Patent Application & Processing (Japan patent and Foreign Patent) • Patent Prosecution • Helpdesk Operations • Patent Maintenance Fee Payments (Pension, Billing and Trademark) • Data Entry and Reporting OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in Intellectual Property or in Patent • Supervisory experience is not required • Open to all BPO and Non-BPO Industry
