Deals & Strategic Partnerships Lead

Your key areas of focus

Deal making

• Source structure and negotiate complex commercial partnership arrangements

• You are comfortable working as part of a cross functional team working closely with Product Engineering Growth Finance and Legal

• Provide negotiation support to regional biz dev and FX leads

Strategic initiatives

• Lead new 0-1 initiatives including new lines of business to step change growth rates or reduce operational complexity

• Be a change maker - identify opportunities to disrupt our business and how we serve our customers

• Identify opportunities to expand margin in our key markets

Partner management

• Oversee global pay in partnerships including defining our strategy managing existing partners and growing new pay in options

• Manage a small team
