This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and business decision-making, with a strong focus on portfolio performance and financial sustainability. Accountabilities:

  • Identify, structure, and break down complex business problems into analytical frameworks
  • Develop and validate hypotheses using data analysis to support decision-making
  • Build and monitor experiments, ensuring accurate measurement of outcomes and impact
  • Support the design of policies and strategies to improve portfolio performance and profitability
  • Analyze and project portfolio risk, contributing to financial sustainability and scalable growth
  • Produce insights, reports, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Challenge assumptions, ensuring decisions are grounded in data and sound reasoning
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, translating analytical findings into actionable business decisions
  • Requirements:

    • Strong ability to structure and solve complex and ambiguous problems
    • High analytical thinking and comfort working with data-driven environments
    • Solid understanding of business dynamics and decision-making processes
    • Curiosity and continuous learning mindset, with openness to new tools and methods
    • Strong communication skills, able to explain complex insights clearly to different audiences
    • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional teams
    • Familiarity with data manipulation tools (not mandatory, but essential for effectiveness)
    • Nice to have: experience with Python or other data science languages
    • Nice to have: knowledge of statistics (hypothesis testing, sample sizing, etc.)
    • Nice to have: experience with data visualization tools (Metabase, Looker, Superset, etc.)
