This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Team Leader SDR Outbound (OneFlow) based in Brazil.

Accountabilities:
The Team Leader SDR Outbound will oversee sales development operations, ensuring the team has the training, tools, and guidance needed to achieve ambitious goals. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to continuously optimize outbound sales strategies.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the outbound sales development team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales targets.
- Provide onboarding, continuous training, and coaching sessions focused on improving sales techniques, processes, and performance.
- Monitor team results through CRM data, tracking daily activities, conversion rates, meetings generated, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement in individual and team strategies.
- Conduct regular reviews of calls and meetings to provide feedback and improve prospecting effectiveness.
- Create training materials and share best practices related to sales methodologies, prospecting techniques, and customer engagement.
- Lead team alignment meetings, identifying operational challenges and implementing solutions to improve productivity and conversion.
- Develop strategic action plans focused on achieving team goals and increasing outbound sales performance.
- Support team engagement by fostering a collaborative, positive, and high-performance work environment.
- Promote continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, ownership, and proactive problem-solving.
- Proven experience managing outbound sales development or sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and frameworks such as SPIN Selling, GPCT, BANT, Challenger Sales, and psychological sales triggers.
- Experience coaching sales professionals and improving team performance through structured development plans.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
- Results-driven mindset with adaptability and enthusiasm for challenges.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with strong ownership and multitasking abilities.
