Boomi is looking for a Professional Services Organization (PSO) Delivery Manager - Project Management, who can run our customer-facing project teams in our fast-paced environment. As customer demands around accountability increase, we need a leader in our organization to take project oversight to the next level.
Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage PSO project portfolio along with affiliated deliverables
• Initiate, set up and manage projects with the required level of project governance as necessitated by the project complexity
• Utilize project management experience to customize and leverage the necessary approach and tools provided in the PMO methodology and toolkit to deliver project success
• Work closely with upstream and downstream stakeholders to identify and coordinate resources, identify, track and escalate risks and issues, as well as opportunities
• Track and manage project progress and communicate issues/risks to customers and internal stakeholders for effective resolution
• Own the project lifecycle and be responsible for managing and driving the project to success under control
• Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule
• Consistently deliver high-quality services to our clients

Mandatory Experience/Skills

• Customer Facing PM experience - Previous experience managing and delivering professional services projects for medium to enterprise-sized customers
• IT Project Management - Experience managing technical projects or projects that follow the software development life cycle and associated requirements
• Experience identifying, escalating, and managing technology-related risks and issues
• Ability to understand, define, and communicate project impacts/effects related to project success, risks/issues, etc.
• Experience managing multiple projects/portfolios at once
• Agile Project Methodology Experience
• 8+ years experience of being a Project Manager
• 4+ years experience as a People Leader

Desired ExperienceSkills

• Project Management - Experience of managing medium to enterprise sized projects on a software development basis above $1,000,000 in consultancy and development
• Ability to drive through change and push towards greater quality and success within the business and with the customer in a constructive manner
• Ability to inspire co-workers and team members to attain goals and pursue excellence

Desired Certification

• Project Management Foundation level certification in Waterfall or Agile methodologies
