Job Description

Help build a world-class sales teamYou Will:
  • Lead key company-wide training, projects and initiatives from planning to delivery
  • Gather, track, and organize requirements from multiple, cross-functional teams
  • Act as a change agent and effectively utilize change management methodologies when deploying solutions and processes
  • Conduct post-mortem after a change has been delivered to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate live and virtual trainings and workshops to up-skill AEs to drive knowledge of Flexport products and services and increase productivity
  • Develop digital courses, knowledge-base collateral, and onboarding checklists with subject matter experts
  • Guide & program manage external vendor selection and training delivery needed to enable and engage internal client-facing teams
  • Own one or many training programs for sales, account management, service and/or operations scopes
  • Support a data-driven development strategy focused on standardized metrics and evaluation processes across all development programs and tools
You Should Have:
  • 5-7 years of demonstrated enablement experience leading complex, global programs and processes with increasing influence and responsibility
  • Strong time management skills with a sense of urgency - proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
  • A knack for collaboration and relationship building, with global stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence; you are skilled in packaging and presenting complex analysis and recommendations clearly
  • A consultative and data-driven analytical approach to solving complex problems
  • Strong spreadsheet, slide and narrative building skills
  • Certifications in program, project and supply chain management tools is a plus
  • A passion for change management and organization
  • The ability to think critically and strategically
  • A deep knowledge of Flexport’s core business is a plus
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done
  • A team player who plays the long game

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training.
The US base salary range for this full-time position: (exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits.)
$84,000—$105,000 USD
