Role at a Glance

The Corporate and Product Marketing team at Paystand sits at the front line of our branding, positioning, partner and prospect engagement. Events as a channel reside with this team. Your responsibilities will be as follows: 

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the Events program for Strategic Industries. This person will be responsible for marketing and program management of all big sale and smaller topical events across Strategic Industries
  • Owning the budget and demand gen quotas for the Events channel and be accountable for driving pipeline
  • Working across sales and marketing teams to ensure that their goals are met via events
  • Own and develop a high bar of customer experience for all events in the organization
  • Develop go to market strategies including key propositions and constructs for each event
  • End to end program management to ensure smooth execution
  • Building robust processes for smooth execution of the events calendar
  • Partnering with brand and digital marketing teams to plan, develop, execute and analyze marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Enabling and ensuring follow-up of customer and partner leads from events

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in events marketing for a B2B technology company or agency.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and coordinating large scale B2B events, e.g. Netsuite’s SuiteWorld, Sage’s Transform, Salesforce’s Dreamforce, SAP Ariba’s Ariba LIVE.
  • Comfortable owning events budgets and quota (this is not a booth execution role).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in field marketing within Enterprise IT marketing experience
  • Experience in the Accounts Receivable, or Accounts Payable or Finance ERP space in Oracle, SAP, Sage, Workday
  • Experience working in rapid growth companies and industries
  • Stakeholder engagement experience (internal and external) with the ability to influence
  • Understanding of lead management and sales funnel management
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge about cloud computing market and technologies
  • Skill to use HubSpot and other digital marketing tools
