About Superblocks
- Superblocks is a programmable platform for building beautiful, secure, enterprise-grade internal tools. Developers use Superblocks to drag and drop UI components onto a canvas and connect it to a datasource (postgres, snowflake, zendesk, etc.) via our integrations and then deploy onto a custom URL. Superblocks offers a complete set of tools for building and deploying internal tools.
The Opportunity:
- We are looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Manager/Demand Generation Lead to build a marketing machine from scratch. We need an SEO and SEM pro who can test, create, and implement new content creation, page rankings, and other strategies to improve Superblocks' digital footprint.
What you’ll do:
- Build a scalable SEO and SEM machine from 0-1 in partnership with our CEO and Growth Engineering team
- Set company-wide GTM goals and create business objectives; translate those into effective programs to drive demand and conversion
- Evaluate our current tooling; advise the company on which home-grown tools we should build or software we should leverage to increase effectiveness
- Spanning multiple channels, (self-serve, owned, and paid), improve brand awareness and drive traffic, customer acquisition, and customer retention
- Work with website resources to ensure that inbound traffic to our website converts into leads
- Experiment with every channel for every target market; learn by getting to the core of results with a minimum viable product, and build for scale
- Define how we measure success: identity which data is worth analyzing, establish demand metrics, and work with our Growth Engineering team to put these into effect
- Build content and work with our Events Marketing team to create compelling and consistent messaging for email and social media campaigns
You Are:
- An expert on SEO and organic marketing strategy and keep up to date on all trends within the space
- Scrappy and analytical. You’re enthusiastic about testing ideas, have unique ways of getting in front of potential customers, and know how to turn those strategies into revenue
- Technical and know the tools needed to successfully develop a strategy toward website improvements
- Able to lead through influence by establishing strong, collaborative relationships with leaders across Engineering, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Recruiting, and Sales
- A compelling writer and have strong oral communication and storytelling skills
- Deeply familiar with the B2B SaaS market
