Position Overview
Valimail is on a mission to authenticate the world's email, and as a Demand Generation Manager, you play a pivotal role in this mission. Your role is critical in fueling the growth of our company by developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. As a trusted member of our marketing team, you'll focus on creating and implementing demand generation initiatives that target mid-market, and enterprise companies. Your work will directly contribute to our goal of making the email ecosystem safer and more secure.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to target high-value accounts, ensuring personalized and tailored outreach to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with external contractors and agencies to amplify demand generation efforts, ensuring alignment with our brand and objectives.
- Create and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn, to drive quality traffic and leads.
- Continuously analyze and optimize the conversion funnel, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Bring a testing first mindset to the role with a willingness to experiment with new channels and channel mixes to continue to drive efficient growth through paid channels.
- Collaborate with with members of the content marketing, partner marketing, marketing operations, and product marketing teams to build a campaign calendar and manage cross functional execution.
- Utilize demand generation tools and analytics platforms to gather insights and track the performance of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
About You
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience in demand generation, with a strong track record of successfully driving growth in mid-market, or enterprise environments.
- A deep understanding of marketing to mid-market and enterprise companies
- Hands-on experience with demand generation tools and platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, 6sense and analytics tools.
- The ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions to continuously optimize demand generation strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to create compelling marketing materials and effectively convey ideas.
- Adaptability: The flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, staying current with industry trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
