About the Role:

Motive is looking for a demand building and acceleration expert who can drive effective campaigns, programs, and experimentation plans. This individual has a passion for bringing together sales, product, and marketing to develop data-driven strategies that deliver high-impact experiences to our customers, and ultimately pipeline growth results.Ā 

This role will have a specific focus on building out Motive’s national and state association network and go-to-market approach with association members. Associations are membership-led organizations that connect industry-specific individuals together, provide networking opportunities, and curate highly relevant educational resources.Ā 

You thrive in building critical and strategic relationships and can comfortably represent Motive during association board meetings. You will lead, strategize, and execute association-tailored campaigns or sales plays via ABM platforms, web, emails, webinars, paid media, direct mail, SDRs and more. This is a highly visible role, influencing colleagues at all levels, with an open platform to discover creative marketing approaches–reporting into the Director of Demand Generation.

What You'll Do:
  • Research association landscape across all key verticals and identity the most effective association network for the current priorities
  • Represent Motive at Association board meetings and establish influential relationships with associations’ executive team.
  • Operationalize the association kickoff process with sales and performance marketing
  • Manage and evaluate association memberships, budget, sponsorships, events, webinars, display, and other marketing opportunities.
  • Partner with product marketing and demand gen project leaders to create unique programs, messaging and content that caters the specific challenges of target associations
  • Manage end-to-end process of creating net new content or channel programs through coordination with product marketing, content, design, marketing ops, sales, events, and performance marketing
  • Measure business impact of association programs on net new accounts, marketing-sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline
  • Coordinate collaboration meetings and deliver presentations reviewing results and forward-looking plans
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including operations, program/project management, technical implementations, multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills. Able to use data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions
  • Advanced knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce, with ability to quickly learn and adopt the latest MarTech solutions we implement
  • Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with extreme attention to detail and minimal guidance
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate to a wide variety and level of audiences, and effectively and efficiently visualize concepts in presentations to senior management. Expert in preparation and delivery of clear and compelling presentations
