Design & Estimation Manager

For one of our esteemed clients, we are currently looking for a Design & Estimation Engineer Manager.

Responsibilities will primarily include but are not limited to the following:

1. Team Leadership:

· Lead and mentor a team of designers, including architects, structural engineers, steel and aluminum detailers

· Foster a creative and collaborative work environment, encouraging the team to generate fresh ideas and concepts.

2. Project Management:

· Plan, organize, and prioritize design projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, projects and production, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

3. Design Strategy:

· Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's branding and business goals.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' design initiatives.

4. Concept Development:

· Work closely with designers to conceptualize and create design concepts, sketches, or prototypes.

· Review and approve design proposals and presentations.

Salary : 12,000 AED ( Lumpsum package)

1) 10+ years of experience as a Structural Engineer in a fabrication environment ·

2) Bachelor of Science Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited program

3) Proficient in Revit AutoCAD RAM Structural System and Microsoft Office Suite

4) Experience in Risa 2D, Risa 3D, SAP 2000

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the structural analysis and design of structural projects preferred
• S.E. preferred but not required
• Experience in ETABS, is preferred but not required
• 3 years of design experience
• Knowledge in fabrication and erection activities
