What we’re looking for

The Designer at Massive Rocket is responsible for shaping the visual language and user experience across our global brand ensuring we present a cohesive and impactful image to our customers partners and team.

You'll be the creative visionary championing design excellence and driving continuous improvements to our visual identity. This involves everything from crafting stunning website designs and captivating social media content to developing user-centric interfaces and maintaining brand consistency across all touch points.

You'll collaborate closely with teams across the company translating complex ideas into compelling visuals that elevate our brand and inspire our audience.

Responsibilities

• Visual Design : Create visually striking designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

• UX Design : Advocate for user-centric design principles ensuring our products and interfaces are intuitive and enjoyable to use.

• Slides : Design and maintain a library of best-in-class slide templates and assets that enable consistent and professional presentations.

• Social Media : Generate engaging social media content and copy that captures attention and drives interaction.

• Website : Lead UX and UI design updates for our core website optimizing for usability and aesthetics.

• Branding : Oversee overall brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all aspects of our visual identity.

• Content : Provide support in creating visually compelling content that complements our brand message.

• Consistency & Guidelines : Document maintain and enforce brand and design guidelines throughout the company.

Your Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work across digital and print media.

• Expert proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Figma Sketch or similar.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Passion for staying abreast of design trends and technologies with a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.

• Collaborative and team-oriented approach with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about design solutions.

Experience

• Proven track record in leading design projects ideally within a fast-paced agency environment or global brand.

• Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices with experience in designing intuitive and user-centric interfaces.

• Experience in brand development and management with a keen eye for detail and consistency.

• A passion for data and CRM with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling visuals.
