As our Designer, you will …
Be Accountable and Responsible
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the in-store communication experiences for a national home electronics brand. Your role as a Designer at MERGE promises an exciting blend of creativity, collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a premium home electronics brand. Your accountability spans various responsibilities that define the essence for the role.
- Elevate Brands: Craft visually compelling designs, applied across diverse channels and mediums, to enhance the premium presence of the home electronics brand
- Collaborate: Conceptualize and design solutions collaboratively with a team of designers, art directors, and writers, ensuring a seamless and innovative approach for clients and their audiences
- Get Dirty: Engage in all aspects of design, from quick comping, creating design systems, type treatments, to consistently delivering polished design solutions
- Win Business: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, conceptualize, and present innovative ideas for new business pitches and presentations
These are the qualifications we’re looking for
- 3-5 years experience working in an advertising agency environment or design shop
- Bachelor's degree in design, graphic design, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Google G Suite
- Showcase a killer portfolio that exemplifies your design prowess
- Understanding of design systems and their effective implementation across digital, print, and motion
- Bring strong project management skills, showcasing the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
