Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital and Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our Global Marketing Communications team. In this exciting role, reporting to the Directo of Global Marketing Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and content that drive website traffic, leads, and sales. By owning top-of-funnel marketing efforts and working closely with our sales team on mid- and bottom-funnel needs, you will drive the next phase of growth for the company. You will also be responsible for managing our website and optimizing our website traffic, tracking and measuring the results of our marketing campaigns, and developing and implementing SEO and SEM strategies. Roles & Responsibilities
This position has responsibility for:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing (marketing automation).
- Own the development, deployment, optimization and execution of marketing automation tools (Pardot/Salesforce) in order to deliver a seamless experience to audiences in the upper- and mid-funnel.
- Identify and share best practices for audience targeting, database hygiene and upkeep, and email/digital marketing strategies.
- Ensure successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing programs with marketing automation tools and website including adherence to best practices and laws.
- Perform ongoing benchmarks audits to implement improvements of the website.
- Manage and optimize website traffic to improve search engine rankings and drive conversions.
- Track and measure the results of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage projects to find causes and provide resolution or action plans.
- Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve our website's visibility in search results.
- Manage social media accounts to engage with our target audience and promote our products and services.
- Create and send email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
- Work with other marketing team members and agencies to develop and execute marketing plans.

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)
- Typically requires 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing depending on education level and experience
- Deep understanding of acquisition techniques, best practices across all digital channels, marketing measurement, and advanced tracking methods
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels, including but not limited to: Salesforce (Pardot), paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce (Pardot) is a MAJOR plus
- Agency experience or agency management experience preferred
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

$82,751.90 - $107,583.42 per year
