Digital Creative Project Manager

At Peachy, we are on the hunt for an exceptionally motivated and dedicated Digital Creative Project Manager to spearhead and oversee our digital creative initiatives within our parent company, JUICE. 

As a Digital Creative project manager, you'll assist our clients with creating killer digital strategies and managing team resources. Digital Creative Project Manager at JUICE  is responsible for running digital marketing projects and managing day-to-day tasks including full website redesigns, landing pages, digital campaigns (email, social), digital marketing strategy, etc.

Remote, full time.

What you'll need to succeed:

—3 years experience working in a project management role (preferably in a fast-paced creative agency or marketing team, managing multiple creative projects simultaneously).

—Understanding of design technical fundamentals and creative asset management.

—Understanding website metrics and best practices.

—Experience with ad campaigns and landing pages.

—Availability during EST between 8am to 4pm.

—Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

—Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Google Suite, Notion, Confluence, Zoom,etc.

—Upper intermediate English level and higher (both spoken and written).

What you'll do:

—Collaborate with peers to develop new websites, PPC, ads and email content & messaging to generate demand and e-commerce revenue.

—Understand all facets of the project and write clear detailed creative briefs.

—Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of creative projects to meet business' needs.

—Prepare and lead project kick-off, builds timelines and contingencies, manages budgets, and generates estimates.

—Review internal stakeholders' change requests and respond with schedule/cost impacts along with alternatives if needed.

—Schedule and lead all project meetings and provide weekly status update meetings for internal stakeholders. 

—Update and maintain team resource pages and documentation.

—Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
