Job Description

The Digital Marketing Analytics Manager will have a deep understanding of the operational practices, goals, and challenges of the Paid Media and Website ecosystem. You will be empowered to develop and influence success measures, metrics, KPIs, and evaluate performance across multiple digital channels, programs and the websites.
About the Office
The Rapid7 Prague office is located in Karlin. Rapid7 is a "hybrid" work environment: three (3) days in the office, two (2) days remote.
About the Team
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics, you will partner across teams to define reporting frameworks and dashboards, bring insights that drive change across the organization and contribute to strategic planning and execution. A successful candidate is able to quickly assess current gaps in processes and data layers, partner effectively across teams to establish requirements for digital and performance marketing data needs and focus on effectively analyzing website trends, channel and campaign performance, path-to-purchase and core benchmarks and return on investment.
About the Role
Successful candidates will have experience and understanding of digital marketing measurement and analytics for B2B inbound lead funnel, A/B, Multivariate and CRO testing, website performance, funnel analysis and return on investment analytics and attribution methodologies. Candidates must be comfortable independently leading complex reporting and analysis initiatives from start to finish and drive insights that influence testing, optimization and budgeting.
In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the implementation of analytics tagging for Rapid7 and the flow of digital data across internal platforms, third-party tools and external platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Be a strategic thought partner to the Digital & Performance Marketing team and other stakeholders by supporting with KPI data, performance measurement, and deeper analytical insights that drive strategy, optimization, budgeting, forecasting and day-to-day decision making
  • Create reporting dashboards, reporting templates, campaign analysis, monthly reports and frameworks while working cross functionally on analysis and recommendations
  • Track and conduct in-depth analysis of website reporting performance, trends, paths and results of online marketing initiatives to provide data driven business intelligence
  • Conduct analysis to understand customer onsite journey and conversion behavior, identify conversion levers, and provide insights and recommendations for A/B tests and site improvement
  • Serve as an advocate for digital reporting tools to promote self-service, efficiency and best practices within company that deliver a consistent reporting framework that allows decision making to understand key trends, opportunities and challenges
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on using and evolving attribution model and framework for spend measurement
  • Convert insights into engaging, actionable and easy to digest presentations


The skills you'll bring include:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics doing hands on analysis in a B2B SaaS marketing analytics environment or equivalent
  • Direct experience with Acquisition Marketing Channels and Website performance management
  • Hands on experience with implementation and management of tagging and tracking for Paid Media Channels
  • Versed in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics (or Adobe) and understanding of key metrics to monitor the customer journey and program effectiveness
  • Experience with various attribution models and using those insights for scenario planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Versed in digital visualization tools such as Datastudio and Tableau
  • Comfortable working with comprehensive data sets - coding/programming expertise with SQL, etc.
