The Role
As the Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will work closely with the Marketing team to achieve overall OKRs and lead generation goals via creation, execution, reporting, and follow-up of engaging digital campaigns.
What You Will Do
- Reporting to the Sr. Digital Marketing Campaigns Manager to collaboratively ideate, build, and deploy monthly full-funnel campaigns utilizing: email marketing, online ad and paid social campaigns, direct mail, landing pages, review sites, and other digital channels
- Assist with the setup of automated processes such as email nurture streams
- Work collaboratively with the Sales and Customer Success teams to help achieve overall department Objectives and Key Results [OKRs], lead generation goals, and/or customer upsells
- Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to align on campaign themes, messaging, and new sales and/or upsell offers
- Assist in aligning internal teams on upcoming campaigns to ensure general knowledge and on-time campaign execution
- Conduct A/B tests and report on findings for continuous improvement and optimization
- Use Marketo to build and report on campaigns including email blasts, online ads, email nurtures, and other related digital marketing channels
What You Need to Succeed
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (Internship experience included)
- A proactive growth mindset; coachable but also willing to research and learn independently
- Fanatical about being buyer-centric and customer-first in everything you do
- Strong project management skills to optimally deploy multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Data-driven analytical thinker with a detail-oriented mindset
- A friendly disposition that aligns well with Bloomerang’s core values and caregiver brand
- Willing and quick to learn new processes such as Marketo, Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn Agile/Scrum methodology to track projects and provide visibility for other stakeholders and team members

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $82,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
