As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will...
Be Accountable and Responsible
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with marketing leadership, other marketing team members, and outside parties on a variety of sales and marketing-related assignments, including reporting on digital marketing metrics, analysis, and recommendations. This role will focus heavily on supporting MERGE North marketing needs but will also support broader MERGE marketing needs.
- Implement digital marketing strategies and tactics that will target and increase new customer acquisition.
- Development and execution of campaigns with the ability to test/report on different approaches, A/B testing
- Collaborating with the team to develop content and messaging for campaigns
- Create and manage a calendar of tactical deployment of marketing efforts
- Monitor and report on digital marketing channel performance and provide recommendations to increase/decrease efforts/investments within each channel
- Review digital marketing metrics, measure/report against KPIs, and provide recommendations to shift in tactics to improve performance
- Manage and measure marketing campaign costs and adjust spend as necessary to reflect market changes
- Report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and implement enhancements to leadership and organization.
These are the qualifications we’re looking for
- 1+ years of previous Marketing experienceÂ
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Optimistically brings energy to meetings and is eager to learn
- Begins to learn the nuances of the agency and has a passion for marketing
- Hungry to do more, contributes beyond expectations
