We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who considers themselves:

  • Self-motivated, driven, hands-on team player – you are a digital marketing professional, responsible for maintaining a brand’s online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns. You work well with cross-functional teams across different business units toward a common goal. While you are an independent contributor, you appreciate the value in collaboration and ready to β€œroll up your sleeves" and spearhead projects from start to completion.
  • A digital innovator – you have a strong grasp of current and emerging digital marketing tools and are able to launch innovative digital marketing campaigns on time and within the budget.

What You'll Do

A successful Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company's success, so your role will be directly tied to achieving our business goals and objectives. We are expecting you to have experience and a strong passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels.

More specifically, you will:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Establish, measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs, including PPC campaigns)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy, and manage the budget as well as all digital marketing channels
  • Lead development of digital marketing strategy, in collaboration with regional marketing, through Lead Generation campaigns, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and website optimization, social media marketing, evaluating digital creative, measurement and ROI of digital strategies, and integrated digital marketing
  • Monitor industry standards and best practices, and provide suggestions for improvements
  • Assist with relevant collateral creation for executive presentations
  • Continuously monitor collateral, website, communications and trends to gain and share insight and recommendations with business partners and within the team
  • Serve as subject matter expert and trusted advisor to stakeholders in both product and marketing spaces

What You May Need to be Successful:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
