ABOUT THE POSITION
As the Digital Marketing Manager, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Programs you will be responsible for helping to develop and drive our digital marketing roadmap. You will contribute to a vision that will take our digital marketing programs to the next level.
In this role, you will partner closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to develop and execute integrated growth campaigns and programs that will focus on awareness, lead generation, and conversion to sales-ready opportunities. The right candidate for the role is an incredibly data-driven paid media expert with a proven track record driving a high volume of opportunities into sales. You will need deep expertise driving leads and pipeline from Google SEM, paid social, retargeting, and display ads.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing acquisition leadership to generate digital traffic and foster a results-based alignment of digital activity.
- Constantly test across the core elements of audiences, ads, and offers across each campaign and channel.
- Deploy keyword strategies for both organic and paid channels to drive qualified leads into our database.
- Increase efficiency in our digital channels by reducing CPA and increasing the quality of pipeline.
- Expand vendor relationships with paid social vendors (i.e., LinkedIn & Google) as well as implement a comprehensive review strategy to source new, focused reviews in key business segments.
- Optimize paid and earned media efforts, including reporting on engagement metrics as well as marketing contributed pipeline while managing and documenting paid media budgets.
- Leading and implementing digital marketing best practices across performance marketing, marketing automation, digital acquisition (including SEO, SEM, social, display, programmatic, web content strategy, affiliates, and testing).
- Developing strategies and targets for the acquisition and adoption of digital assets, and performing an in-depth analysis to identify opportunities, build business cases and create competitive strategies.
- Partner with the Content and Product Marketing teams, drive the development of high-performing, reusable demand content that educates, engages, and inspires our target buyers to action.
- Collaborate with our sales team and internal SMEs to incorporate our most important value messages that accelerate the purchase journey with our target buyers.
- Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- You have 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Acquisition, Performance Marketing or Marketing.
- You have experience with advertising technology, digital marketing tactics, and/or agency processes.
- You are metrics driven with demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to work strategically and tactically.
- You understand and innovate use of tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Hotjar, and more to optimize results.
- You are a natural team player with a collaboration mindset.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize and get things done.
- Experience managing a paid media agency and a large budget.
COMPENSATION
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
