The Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Media will be responsible for day-to-day management of multiple paid digital marketing campaigns. This position will work within the Demand Gen team to create and optimize paid search and paid social strategies to support growth goals. This includes analytics and tracking, campaign implementation, budget management, landing page performance analysis, campaign reporting and agency management. The candidate will be expected to improve paid media campaigns efficiency and increase conversions.

The candidate will also have the opportunity to work on launching new playbooks with our conversational chatbot tool, Drift, where you will help identify opportunities to better engage and convert website visitors through chat.

To be most successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of setting and achieving conversion goal/KPIs that are directly tied to tangible brand and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across – paid search, paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc) video, and display
  • Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization – including building, strategy, segmentation, data-based optimization, and budget management. Identify optimization opportunities and provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders. Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives. Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress of such campaigns
  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
  • Assist with playbook builds and identifying opportunities to better engage and convert website visitors through our conversational chatbot, Drift.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in paid media
  • 1+ years of managing agency relations
  • Experience creating, optimizing, and maintaining Drift playbooks a plus
  • Extensive experience with the following platforms: Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, SFDC
  • GA and or Google Ads Certifications a plus
  • Quantitative ability and an advanced understanding of digital media analytics, i.e. how to set up media analytics infrastructure to track KPIs. Understand the importance of ROI and conversion tracking.
  • Understanding of the B2B SaaS marketing space, past and current digital marketing and technology trends
  • Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions on-the-go
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Drive to deliver and exceed performance goals
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style

$88,000- $111,600 + benefits+ options
