Digital Marketing Specialist

As Bitcoin Depot continues to grow, we’re expanding our Marketing organization and looking for a results-oriented, data-driven Digital Media Specialist with robust experience building, managing, optimizing, and reporting on SEM campaigns. In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience where he or she had accountability for executing programmatic and display media, paid social, and targeted video advertising. The Digital Media Specialist will report to the Digital Marketing Manager. This is a full-time, salaried, remote position.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years' experience working in advertising, preferably on the brand side, but relevant agency experience is also acceptable
• Experience in planning, strategy and related communications
• Experience should be specific to B2C / D2C industries; preference given for financial tech background
• Must have strong time management and task management skills

Key Responsibilities: 

• You’ll be responsible for daily oversight, optimizations, and management of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms and partners. If you’re the kind of person who wakes up eager to see how your campaigns delivered the previous day, you might be who we’re looking for. 
• Has a significant role in the reporting function for paid media initiatives, including daily updates to dashboards, analysis of media performance, A/B testing strategies, campaign wrap reports, and presentation to executive management. 
• Continually identifies opportunities to test new campaign configuration, new creative, bidding strategy, audience targeting and segmentation, and geo parameters.  
• Works with internal teams (IT / Product / Engineering) to obtain and analyze customer buying behaviors and patterns, and to correlate media performance to those actions. 
• Drives new customer acquisition and bolsters existing customer retention metrics. 
• Identifies ways to enhance the quality/caliber of current strategic media and analytics 
• Serves as a subject matter expert to the company in media
