The Opportunity 

This role is full time and permanent and open to remote opportunities across Ireland. 

We are looking for a creative, energetic and self-motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital marketing department. If you want to develop your digital skills and build a career in digital channel marketing, then we want to work with you. 

You will work across every facet of digital marketing, supporting the acquisition and nurture of leads and day to day management of each of our digital channels. You will gain in-depth knowledge of B2B digital marketing in a large Saas organisation and work with an international marketing team on a global scale. This is an opportunity to build a career path with the opportunity to specialise, develop your skills, and ultimately take ownership of your own digital marketing channel. 

In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have strong multitasking and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support in the delivery of always on and campaign activity across each of our digital channels, with a focus on email marketing 
• Contribute ideas and help us to expand our digital marketing activity 
• Report on and analyse our performance across each of our digital channels 
• Assist in the development and delivery of effective marketing automation  
• Stay up to date with marketing trends and bring that insight back to the team
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content 
• Manage some day to day activities across email and social media 
• Assist in the creation of marketing assets across email, social and paid advertising 
• Take on daily administrative duties 

Candidate Expertise required 

• Third Level qualification in Marketing or related discipline  
• 2-3 years experience in a digital marketing role 
• Experienced in email marketing with a good understanding of marketing automation 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools including
• Google Analytics
• Facebook Ad Manager 
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Experience creating copy and delivering effective digital marketing campaigns  
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques 
• Comfortable working with data and using it to inform decision making  

Soft Skills 

• Strong communication (written and oral) and teamwork behaviour within a diverse team environment 
• Enthusiastic and clear eagerness to learn 
• Strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

Our ideal candidate will also have: 

• Experience working in Enterprise B2B Saas environment 
• Knowledge and experience working in marketing automation with tools like Marketo, Pardot and/or Hubspot
• A good balance of creative and analytical skills 
• The confidence to voice ideas and take initiative 
• Incredible attention to detail
