This role is focused on shaping high-impact, conversion-driven content that supports multi-channel marketing initiatives across email and social media. You will craft compelling messaging that translates complex ideas—particularly within the Learning & Development space—into clear, engaging narratives tailored to diverse B2B audiences. Working closely with cross-functional marketing stakeholders, you will help design campaigns that drive engagement, increase traffic, and improve conversion performance. The environment is remote, collaborative, and fast-moving, with a strong emphasis on creative excellence and data-informed decision-making. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to a cohesive brand voice across all digital touchpoints. This is a part-time freelance opportunity with flexible hours and evolving project needs.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing high-performing digital content that supports marketing and business objectives, ensuring consistency, clarity, and conversion impact across channels.

  • Create persuasive email marketing content including subject lines, newsletters, A/B-tested campaigns, welcome journeys, and promotional messaging focused on engagement and conversion.
  • Develop social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience engagement goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate event and campaign value propositions into compelling messaging that drives participation and awareness.
  • Partner with marketing teams to ensure content alignment with broader strategy while independently managing deadlines and deliverables.
  • Apply data-informed insights and marketing best practices to continuously improve content performance and audience targeting.
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate brings strong B2B copywriting expertise, digital marketing fluency, and the ability to adapt tone and messaging across multiple formats and audiences.

    • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or digital marketing writing, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Strong ability to write clear, persuasive, and error-free content tailored to conversion-focused marketing objectives.
    • Experience with email marketing and social media platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and collaboration platforms such as Confluence and Jira.
    • Experience with UX writing and/or generative AI tools for content creation is highly valued.
    • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including segmentation, engagement strategies, and conversion optimization.
    • Ability to quickly adapt to brand voice, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a remote environment.
    • Knowledge of the Learning & Development industry is a plus, especially in translating complex topics into audience-friendly messaging.
