  • Monitor utilization trends and implement strategies for adoption.
  • Manage regional budgets and prioritize digital sales opportunities.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of medical device sales experience, ideally in Spine.
  • Experience with digital and capital equipment systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field-based teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
