Summary
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will NOT be accepted through this flyer. This is a TERM NTE 2 Years position.

- This position may require Temporary Duty (TDY) 30 days or less travel to various locations approximately 29% of the time.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top-Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information SCI access for the duration of employment.
- This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter.
- The incumbent may be subjected to short notice recall. Must reside within normal commuting distance of (50 miles).
- May be required to work uncommon tour of duty hours, working either fixed or rotating shift which may include evenings, weekend and/or holidays.
- Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete counter-intelligence scope polygraph with No Deception Indicated (NDI).
- Position subject to one year trial period unless previously completed.
Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which includes championing modern technology development and management drawing on best practices from industry; leading major initiatives focused on Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Electronic Warfare (EW), or Cyber software and data efforts; providing technical, policy, and programmatic guidance for SOF leaders for successful digital services delivery. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.

- Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs is not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government interest.

- Position may be filled as a term appointment NTE 2 Years. Term appointments may be extended up to a maximum of six years. With DoD approval, term appointments may be extended beyond 6 six years, but not more than 8 years. **NOTE - A current Army employee with personal competitive status who accepts a time-limited appointment (such as term or temporary appointment) will forfeit their permanent status and become subject to the provisions of the term or temporary appointment. Permanent employees who accept time-limited appointments will not have placement rights to the previously held permanent position at the end of the time-limited appointment. Employees who accept such time-limited appointment opportunities will be required to sign a statement of understanding.
