Seer is a remote first agency and Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.

The Role: You have a deep passion for and expertise in aesthetics and the art of visual storytelling. You also have the portfolio to back it up. You push the boundaries of art and digital design, challenging norms with bold creativity. You have agency experience and you know how to collaborate with UX and Brand Designers to craft visually engaging designs for digital platforms (including websites, apps, social media, etc.). This role is pivotal in shaping the visual direction for a diverse client portfolio. Your measure of success will be based on your ability to create visually compelling designs that not only attract but also engage audiences for our clients, driving measurable results.

This is an exciting opportunity for a rising Designer with digital experience and a strong portfolio. You must be ready to lean into a strategic role but still play a huge part in the day-to-day execution of client deliverables on our growing 8-person Creative Team.

Role Highlights

• Create best-in-class designs for websites, paid media campaigns, and other digital touchpoints for clients ranging from mid-sized businesses to Fortune 100 companies across diverse industries
• Partner with Creative Director and creative leads to set a new design standard and elevate our work to drive success for the Creative Services division 
• Concept and implement design strategies that align with client objectives to deliver visually stunning and effective solutions
• Craft compelling creative solutions for multiple high-profile projects, balancing brand positioning, research insights, and business goals
• Collaborate across Brand and UX to iterate on designs based on constructive feedback, maintaining a high attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies, integrating cutting-edge innovations like Generative AI into the creative process to continually elevate design outputs

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in Visual Design in an agency setting (required)
• Jaw-dropping digital portfolio demonstrating your expertise and versatility
• Strong ability to think strategically and execute creatively, with a focus on delivering measurable results for clients
• Excellent presentation skills, adept at articulating design concepts with clarity
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client projects simultaneously
• Deep understanding of industry standards and trends and Generative AI to consistently bring fresh ideas to projects
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience with motion graphics is a plus

90 Day Goals

• You have successfully integrated into the team, establishing yourself as a key player in driving our clients' digital design strategy
• Your designs have significantly contributed to enhancing our clients' online presence and meeting their digital marketing objectives

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 - 110,000/ year - Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience
• Evaluation of comp at least once a year
