Job Description
Essential Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the strategy, roadmap integration, execution, and change management for the company's ERP platform. Manage application and systems development life cycles and implement industry best practices and standards. Accountable for data governance, security, and compliance.
- Develops plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for all deliverables, while ensuring the ERP program delivers on the agreed upon business objectives.
- Partners with operational leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to assess current practices and processes and develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and/or services.
- Develops and executes change management strategies to support Workday adoption across the organization. Provides training and guidance to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and full utilization of Workday functionalities.
- Manages and collaborates in the planning, design, development, and deployment of future releases, system maintenance, upgrades and enhancements to existing enterprise applications, ensuring client requirements are met.
- Accountable for team training, growth, talent planning, and succession planning.
- Ensures up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes and capabilities.
- Provides consultative functional, technical, and development guidance to colleagues.
- Maintain currency and proficiency with system features, functionality and related skills necessary to manage and support enterprise-wide applications.

- Conducts periodic staff meetings to include timely distribution and education related to departmental and Ethics/Compliance information.
- Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required.
- Performs other functions as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ten or more years of experience supporting, maintaining and/or implementing a comprehensive large platform/system or a Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of related experience.
- Experience with a back-office platform, including governance and controls, is strongly preferred.
- Project and/or program management certification and/or lean process improvement (i.e., Six Sigma) certification preferred but not required.
- Change management expertise, project and program management, as well as product launch experience.
- Proven ability to lead large scale technology initiatives. Proven ability to simplify and align practices, processes and solutions to optimized operational outcomes. Ability to comprehend business strategies and needs and translate them to technology strategies. Ability to influence technology strategy and solution design for key initiatives, to align with enterprise standards.
- Excellent project management skills, with demonstrated track record of applying program management principles, practices and techniques with a strong results orientation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across departments.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak to technical-level staff and develop written reporting and presentational content with level-appropriate messaging up to and including the senior executive level.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work prolonged periods sitting and/or standing at a workstation and working on a computer.
- Ability to travel across the Health Plan service region for meetings and/or trainings as needed.
Minimum Salary: $112,400.00 - Maximum Salary: $208,700.00
The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill, and education as they relate to the position's minimum qualifications, in additional to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package.
