As Director of Americas Storage Accounts you will own strategy revenue and executive relationships with top enterprise and cloud storage customers. You will lead cross-functional orchestration guide long-term planning and secure multi-year design wins that fuel Micron's datacenter growth.
Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-year account strategy aligned with Micron's Core Data Center Business Unit
• Own revenue margin and design-win pipeline for storage customers across the Americas
• Build and maintain C-suite relationships delivering business-focused value discussions and quarterly reviews
• Guide technical resource deployment for early architecture engagement and roadmap alignment
• Lead complex commercial negotiations including LTAs pricing strategies and multi-year supply agreements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 12+ years in B2B technology sales managing large strategic accounts
• Proven experience building executive relationships and driving value-based engagements
• Success navigating complex multi-stakeholder buying cycles at Fortune 100 or similar organizations
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve organizational challenges
• Understanding of datacenter semiconductor or advanced infrastructure technologies
• Technical degree (BSEE or related) desired

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong technical fluency (L2) with ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
• Experience driving competitive displacement and long-term account transformation
• Background in cloud hardware AI systems or semiconductor-adjacent technologies
• Demonstrated leadership of distributed or matrixed teams

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$159600.00 - $331100.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits bonuses and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location.
