Job Description
- Lead client(s) totaling approximately $1M to $5M
- Consult with clients, steering modern business and brand innovations
- Deliver Whole Brand ideas that solve business problems
- Lead and empower a Brand Leadership team to think and believe creativity can solve any problem
- Inform and inspire cross-agency Strategy, Creative and Engagement teams to deliver great work
- Lead the development and management of profitable, annual contracts
- Build, retain and expand current Client engagements (organic growth)
- Overview three-five annual productions per year
- Help sell-in social, PR and brand action ideas with VP, Creative Director partner
- Deep experience with and knowledge of retail
- Experience building and executing growth marketing plans
- Experience inspiring, delivering and selling great creative
- Experience mentoring, developing and promoting talent
- Experience operationalizing and expanding contracts
- Experience developing work scopes and staffing plans
- Experience budgeting, forecasting and reporting revenue
- Ability to push, evolve and define nebulous creative to a place of reality
- Ability to decipher feedback, read between the lines and keeping an idea true to its form with rounds of feedback
