Microsoft is seeking a Director Business Programs to lead the development of the new Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Success Program . This organization is at the forefront of establishing a new model to support ISVs and execute Microsoft cloud deals that drive significant publicity, competitive share, and revenue for the Microsoft platform. Microsoft is looking for a proven self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, navigates ambiguity well, and who loves to build and incubate new programs .
As the Director Business Programs you will lead a virtual team across Success Program Concierge team members and Technical Specialists, the Microsoft ISV Success program team , M arketing, Sales Excellence, F inance and the Partner team t o operationalize the program, working to build a scalable global engine .Responsibilities

• Champion go to market strategy by building community of technical specialists and concierge team members, leading strategy and execution of the ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Success Program with goal of driving improvements to seller tools, process, and technology.
• Act as a central liaison between the ISV Success program team, marketing, finance, legal and partner team working to drive for continuous improvement, removal of key blockers, streamlined communications.
• Work to optimize the go to market and collaboration model with partners and the segment / field teams.
• Lead and support planning workstreams to optimize model and land new strategies.

#SMCQualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications

• • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.

IDEAL PROFILE

• 6-8+ years' experience in sales, sales excellence, program or project management, business analysis, marketing and/or process improvement
• Experience working with ISVs (Independent Software Vendor) preferred
• Microsoft Cloud or competitive cloud technology experience required
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize across large volume of priorities

• Strong analytical skills and passion for digging into data to find actionable insights
• Ability to get things done working collaboratively across a highly matrixed organization
• Proven self-starter able to deal with ambiguity
• Strong executive maturity; proven ability to communicate and interact with sales leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations, or Finance discipline

Position is based at the Microsoft Campus in Redmond, WA. 15-20% travel required.
