Accountabilities:

  • Lead strategic negotiations with major healthcare accounts, including PBMs, health plans, and payer organizations, to optimize formulary positioning and patient access.
  • Create and implement gross-to-net pricing models, value-based contracting approaches, and profitability strategies for inline and pipeline products.
  • Conduct financial and strategic evaluations of contracting opportunities, supporting end-to-end execution and business case development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, medical, finance, and market access teams to align strategies and ensure operational excellence.
  • Analyze healthcare market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and reimbursement trends to support launch readiness and long-term portfolio success.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level customer relationships while driving innovative, customer-focused business solutions.
  • Support commercialization planning through pricing research, forecasting, scenario modeling, and market access strategy development.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, market access, payer strategy, healthcare consulting, pharmacy, or related fields.
    • Strong expertise in pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement, healthcare economics, and US healthcare market dynamics.
    • Extensive experience negotiating with PBMs, national and regional health plans, Medicare Part B/Part D organizations, and other payer stakeholders.
    • Proven success managing complex customer relationships and influencing senior stakeholders across cross-functional environments.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving skills.
    • Strong leadership capabilities with an agile mindset, emotional intelligence, and the ability to inspire and empower teams.
    • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization, patient access strategies, product launches, and channel management.
    • Rare disease market experience is considered a plus.
    • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as needed.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary ranging from $194,600 to $361,400 annually.
      • Performance-based cash incentives and eligibility for annual equity awards.
      • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance.
      • 401(k) plan with company contributions and matching.
      • Generous paid time off package including vacation, holidays, personal days, and leave programs.
      • Fully remote work flexibility within the United States.
      • Opportunities for career growth, leadership exposure, and participation in high-impact strategic initiatives.
      • Inclusive and collaborative work environment focused on innovation and professional development.
