This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Channel Sales in Canada.
This senior leadership role focuses on accelerating and scaling a high-performing partner ecosystem within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the channel strategy that drives predictable, partner-led revenue growth across multiple routes to market. The position blends strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership, requiring you to build structure, discipline, and scalable processes within a rapidly evolving organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product to strengthen go-to-market alignment and maximize partner impact. This is a high-visibility role where your leadership will directly influence pipeline growth, revenue performance, and market expansion. It offers the opportunity to shape how indirect sales becomes a core growth engine while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the channel go-to-market strategy to drive scalable partner-led growth, with a focus on MSPs, VARs, distributors, and strategic alliances
- Build, evolve, and optimize the partner program, including tiers, incentives, and engagement models to support long-term scalability
- Own partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, driving co-selling motions to improve deal velocity and win rates
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team of partner managers while establishing a strong performance-driven culture
- Develop and manage executive-level relationships with strategic partners to unlock new revenue opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align strategy, enablement, and execution
- Establish operating rhythms, performance tracking, and process improvements to increase efficiency and predictability across the channel business
- Proven experience leading or scaling channel, partnerships, or indirect go-to-market motions within a SaaS organization
- Strong track record of driving measurable revenue impact through partner ecosystems rather than only program development
- Deep understanding of MSP, VAR, and distribution models, with the ability to prioritize and optimize partner segments
- Experience building or evolving structured partner programs that support growth, engagement, and scalability
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing or developing teams, with readiness to operate at a senior leadership level
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence internally and externally at senior levels
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from 240,000 to 270,000 CAD (base + variable)
