Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists
  • Architect and implement scalable data infrastructure, models, and reporting systems
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights supporting growth, operations, and research initiatives
  • Establish and enforce data governance, quality, privacy, and security standards across all data assets
  • Oversee the design and optimization of analytics tools and platforms to support evolving business needs
  • Act as a hands-on contributor when needed, setting technical standards and best practices for the team
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data science, including leadership roles
    • Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and modern analytics tools such as dbt, Databricks, or similar platforms
    • Proven experience building and scaling data teams and infrastructure from early stages
    • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights
    • Experience working in regulated environments with a deep understanding of data governance and privacy standards
    • Familiarity with AI-driven data solutions and modern data architectures
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
    • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field; advanced degree is a plus
