Job Description

Team: Marketing

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Digital Marketing  in United States.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a strategic and data-driven digital marketing expert passionate about transforming digital experiences into measurable revenue growth. In this role, you will oversee the full digital ecosystem — including website strategy, SEO, paid media, conversion optimization, and AI-driven search visibility — while leading a collaborative, performance-oriented team. You will play a key role in shaping how the organization engages prospects across every digital touchpoint, turning traffic into pipeline and customer engagement into business impact. The environment is fast-paced, innovative, and highly cross-functional, offering strong visibility and influence across marketing leadership. This position is ideal for someone who combines technical depth with commercial thinking and thrives in modern B2B SaaS environments. Flexible remote work and a strong culture of learning, experimentation, and collaboration make this an exciting opportunity for growth-oriented leaders.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and optimize the company website as a core revenue-generating asset, driving improvements in traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Lead digital discovery strategies across SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to strengthen online visibility and search authority.
  • Manage external web development and paid media agency relationships, ensuring high-quality execution, technical performance, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee global paid media initiatives across search, social, display, and programmatic channels while maximizing ROI and pipeline generation.
  • Establish and drive a robust CRO and experimentation framework, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, content, campaigns, and regional demand generation teams to execute integrated digital campaigns and product launches.
  • Lead and mentor a distributed digital marketing team, fostering accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, using insights to guide investment decisions, optimization strategies, and long-term digital planning.
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing within B2B SaaS or technology-driven environments.
    • 3+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional and distributed digital marketing teams.
    • Proven expertise in website management as a pipeline generation engine with measurable business impact.
    • Strong proficiency with Webflow and modern CMS platforms.
    • Deep knowledge of SEO, GEO, AEO, CRO methodologies, and digital experimentation frameworks.
    • Experience managing global paid media programs and external agency partnerships across multiple digital channels.
    • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools and technologies into marketing workflows and optimization strategies.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to influence strategy, prioritization, and performance improvements.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
    • Experience collaborating within matrixed organizations and coordinating with product marketing, content, and demand generation teams.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary ranging from $158,130 to $215,000 depending on experience and location.
      • Additional compensation opportunities including bonus programs and potential stock options.
      • Comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance coverage.
      • 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.
      • Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and quarterly self-care days.
      • Paid parental leave and wellness-focused initiatives.
      • Remote work flexibility with equipment and collaboration support.
      • Access to continuous learning and development programs, including professional training platforms.
      • Inclusive and collaborative work culture focused on innovation, growth, and employee well-being.
