Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Director, eComm Sales to lead the sales and Go-To-Market functions of our regional Ecommerce channel and the accounts that are assigned to that channel. Mitigate potential channel conflicts with other channel partners as we maximize sales within first party and third party marketplaces.

Role and Responsibilities

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage 2 Sr. Sales Managers and 10 accounts that deliver $225M in annual revenue
  • Work across channels with account leaders for Amazon, Walmart, and Target to mitigate 1p and 3p channel conflict
  • Support 3P governance guidelines with 3p accounts including marketing strategies and PDP strategies
  • Develop GTM strategies to support growing omni channel sales for ecom partners
  • Work with sales team and accounts to develop rolling 6 month weekly sell through forecast in units and share back with distribution partners to insure proper on hand inventory with T1 disty partners
  • Provide direction and develop business plans for accounts managers.
  • Implement and ensure execution of marketing directives
  • responding to key competitive issues.
  • Develop Sales programs and Manage sales investments
  • Meet frequently with accounts to identify sales issues and business trends.
  • Work with XLOB Leadership to leverage one Samsung approach
  • Develop and coach the sales team.
  • Mitigate Channel Conflict

Skills and Qualifications

Education, Experiences, & Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience managing accounts that primarily sell through 3p marketplaces
  • Experience with digital marketing and online GTM strategies
  • Ability to work seamlessly across other B2C channels
  • Knowledge of trends in the retail industry
  • Strong results orientation
  • Excellent business planning and organizational skills
  • Strong conceptual, analytical skills, and time management skills
  • Financial management /asset management skills
  • Strong leadership quality, ability to manage and motivate subordinates
  • Knowledge and experience with Consumer Sales HQ functions, infrastructure and sales processes
  • Extensive knowledge of consumer electronic products
  • Ability to travel extensively

Physical/Travel Requirements:

Travel 60% domestically, as needed

Compensation for this role in the State of Colorado only is expected to be between $184,500.00 and $$205,500.00. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.

Regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 6 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more.

Compensation for this role in the State of New York only is expected to be between $230,500.00 and $257,000.00. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
