Accountabilities:

  • Lead and scale high-performing engineering and data analytics teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of payment integrity and audit recovery software solutions.
  • Drive execution of technical strategies, architecture standards, and engineering best practices across multiple distributed teams.
  • Partner with Product Management, Program Management, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to deliver scalable SaaS solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Improve software development and testing processes through Agile methodologies, automation, quality assurance, and continuous delivery practices.
  • Manage engineering resource utilization, project velocity, and operational efficiency across programs and initiatives.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to managers, engineers, and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, monitoring, and high availability.
  • Support strategic planning, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • 8+ years of experience in software engineering and technology delivery, including 3–5 years leading high-performing engineering teams.
    • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise software development technologies including Java, J2EE, C#, ASP.NET, ETL tools, Oracle, SQL Server, and TSQL.
    • Proven success managing distributed engineering teams and delivering enterprise SaaS products at scale.
    • Experience leading software development managers and offshore or geographically dispersed teams.
    • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably within a SAFe environment.
    • Experience implementing engineering best practices such as test automation, test-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous delivery.
    • Knowledge of SaaS operational environments, DevOps practices, system monitoring, and high-availability deployments.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic planning and operational execution.
