The Partner Sales Director will play a key role in accelerating growth through strategic partnerships with technology providers, agencies, and consulting organizations.
This position focuses on building and scaling high-value partner ecosystems that generate measurable pipeline, revenue, and long-term customer impact.
The ideal candidate will combine strong business development expertise with a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales motions.
You will collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and unlock new opportunities.

Accountabilities:

The Partner Sales Director will own the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives, creating strong commercial relationships that support revenue growth and market expansion. This role requires a proactive relationship builder who can identify opportunities, lead complex negotiations, and align internal teams around shared business objectives.

  • Identify, prioritize, and establish strategic partnerships with ISVs, agencies, consulting firms, and technology partners aligned with growth objectives.
  • Develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue opportunities.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and field teams to execute co-selling motions and support enterprise opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership agreements.
  • Define partner success metrics, activation plans, and performance reviews to maximize partnership impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, customer success, and enablement teams to integrate partners into broader growth strategies.
  • Evaluate market trends and partner ecosystems to identify new opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Drive ongoing partner engagement by creating scalable programs, improving collaboration, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Support strategic initiatives that enhance customer value and expand market reach.
  • Requirements:

    The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in partnerships, business development, and SaaS sales environments, with a proven ability to build strategic relationships and deliver commercial results. Strong executive communication, negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.

    • 7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or partner sales roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
    • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships that contribute to pipeline generation and revenue growth.
    • Experience managing relationships with ISVs, agencies, consulting firms, or strategic technology partners.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, co-sell strategies, and complex commercial partnerships.
    • Demonstrated ability to create partnership strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on execution, measurable outcomes, and long-term value creation.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    • Willingness to travel up to 40% as required.
    • Ideally located within the Eastern Time Zone.
