As a key partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations, you will drive performance analysis, forecasting, and planning activities that directly influence business outcomes. You will lead a team of finance professionals while building scalable processes and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. The position requires a balance of hands-on execution and strategic vision, with a strong focus on topline metrics and recurring revenue models. Accountabilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Own and manage all topline financial planning activities, including revenue, bookings, ARR, and billings, supporting commercial functions
  • Drive annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and comprehensive financial planning processes
  • Deliver detailed performance reporting, including variance analysis and insights across key SaaS metrics such as churn, backlog, and revenue growth
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to provide strategic guidance on business decisions, pricing, and commercial terms
  • Oversee commission planning and forecasting, collaborating with Revenue Operations on plan design and quota setting
  • Build and maintain financial models, reporting packages, and dashboards using FP&A tools and CRM/ERP systems
  • Develop business cases to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy in financial operations
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or finance leadership roles within B2B technology or SaaS environments
    • Strong expertise in SaaS metrics, including ARR, bookings, churn, and revenue forecasting
    • Proven experience managing and developing finance teams in fast-growing organizations
    • Deep understanding of sales operations, commission structures, and commercial finance strategy
    • Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
    • Experience with FP&A platforms (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive) and CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
    • Familiarity with US GAAP and revenue recognition standards (ASC606) is an advantage
