Director FP&A

• Lead in all aspects of capital and allocation annual budgeting quarterly forecasting analyzing key metrics and trends and summarizing for executive level presentations
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and provide regular reporting and analysis on capital and allocations performance variances and trends
• Lead monthly capital and allocation updates with NBCU business CFO's and senior finance team
• Partner across our Global Security operational teams to ensure all Budget estimates and month end closing are accurate and complete. Providing business recommendations where needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and simplification of FP&A processes and systems
• Perform various ad-hoc analyses including variance analysis sensitivities and other requests from corporate or senior management
• Manage a team of two individuals providing leadership coaching and development opportunities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration

• Bachelor's degree in finance accounting or related field
• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis including demonstrated success in financial management and leadership
• Solid financial modeling and analysis skills with experience in forecasting budgeting and variance analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate summarized and concise financial information
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Experience in the Media / Tech industry is a plus
