What You Will Do:
At Vista, Finance is positioned to be a strategic partner of the business as well as the first line of accountability. As the Director of Finance for North America, you will be the finance partner for the EVP of North America and the primary finance contact for the North America organization. You and your team will assess and report on financial performance and help drive financial and operational decision making across the North America region. This remote-first position will be based in the US and report the VP of Finance.

What You Will Do:

- Partner with the EVP of North America and leadership team on the assessment and measurement of business performance; be a thought partner on the health of the business and opportunities for improvement
- Lead the weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews for North America, ensuring that value drivers of performance are identified and actioned
- Proactively evaluate the results of operations, monitor trends, review consumer/product profitability, risks, opportunities and recommend actions
- Fully lead the budget, forecast, and financial reporting for North America
- Assess the impact of strategic financial decisions and present recommendations to leadership
- Design, develop, and implement processes and reporting that improve the finance organization's ability to provide financial insights.
- Present and communicate to all levels of the organization
Your Qualifications:

- A strong academic background in finance or accounting
- 9+ years of Corporate or Divisional FP&A (or related) experience; e-commerce experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of management P&Ls and profitability drivers within P&Ls with ability to perform complex financial modeling
- Experiencing developing and leading high-performing finance functions
- Fluent in English
