The Role:Â
The Global Solutions team is seeking a Director of Global Program Management to build and develop Carrot’s programs creating a world-class global fertility benefit experience for members around the world. Global Solutions launches and manages programs across Carrot’s offering by building and maintaining a global knowledge base that houses regulatory, financial, and access to care fields, and a global provider network and partnerships that offers members robust access, high-quality care, and value/savings. Â
The Team:
You will report to the Vice President of Global Solutions and work closely with Global Solutions teammates, as well as colleagues across Product Management, Medical Solutions, Product Content, Member Success, and Commercial.Â
You will:
- Launch new programs, as well as expand existing programs into new countries and enhance existing programs such as Carrot Pregnancy and Carrot’s Menopause and Low Testosterone program
- Lead, mentor, support, and develop a high performing team of program managers
- Collaborate with cross functional partners and teams to enable successful programs at Carrot
- Clearly define success metrics for our programs, and bring solutions and operational rigor to enable us to achieve success across our programs
- Represent Program Management in strategic planning and high-impact decision making
- Create frameworks, tools, processes, and workshops to promote alignment, motivation, and exploration of complex topics
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Program Management Healthcare LeaderÂ
- You are an experienced program management leader with experience navigating global complexities and healthcare
- Mission Driven
- You have empathy, awareness, and understanding of the sensitivities related to family forming, reproductive healthcare, or other healthcare fields, and are passionate about Carrot’s mission
- Lead and Enable Teams
- You have a record of attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent
- You are a strategic leader with the ability to articulate a vision, develop objectives and key results (OKRs), and enable your team and colleagues to execute on objectives, measure success, and iterate as neededÂ
- Strong Communicator
- You are a clear, empathetic communicator - you communicate with a deep understanding of company needs and can enable people to move forward through complexity
- Solutions-OrientedÂ
- You are comfortable with ambiguity, ask hard questions, manage conflict with compassion, and bring solutions to help move teams and a project forward
Compensation:Â
Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The expected base salary for this position will range from $165,000 - $190,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.Â
